What happens if I am not accepted to the university?

You can cancel at no cost until August 16, 2022 if you are denied a visa to study in Spain or if you are denied a place to enter the university. In order to be able to cancel your reservation outside the cooling-off period due to a denial of a visa or a place at the university, you must provide the residence with adequate written proof of any of these circumstances within 48 hours of being informed of them. . In order to cancel outside of these terms, you must find a student to replace you, taking over your contract and the payment of the accommodation contract (you will continue to be responsible for all payments until you find a replacement). If your cancellation request is accepted for any of the above reasons, any advance payment of the Hosting contract will be refunded in full to the same account from which the payment was made.

Who can live in the residence?

Any person who turns 18 during the year of stay and is enrolled as a student in an educational institution can live in any of the Vita Student buildings in Spain.

Are there parking spaces?

The residence has a fantastic location, close to the main universities and very well connected by public transport. It also has a limited number of parking spaces for motorcycles and people with reduced mobility.

Is there food service?

All rooms have a kitchenette and the monthly price of accommodation includes breakfast to go from Monday to Friday. The residence has Master Chef style kitchens and offers free tea and coffee. If you prefer, the residence offers a half board and/or full board service. Each week you can design your menu from a wide variety of seasonal dishes and options for all needs (gluten-free, allergen-free, vegan, etc.) and it is delivered directly to the building.

Payment can be made in the following ways:

- A single payment.
- 2 payments.
- 4 payments.

You cannot pay monthly.

Does the residence provide sheets and towels?

Bed linen and bath towels are included as standard with the residence and at no additional cost. This includes 2 towels (one bath and one hand), sheets, duvet, duvet cover, 2 pillows and their covers. These items will be waiting for you in your room when you arrive.

Guests are accepted during the day, as long as they register at the reception. The guests have to leave the facilities at 11pm.

They can stay the night paying an additional cost, 20% of the weekly cost of the contracted room. This price is paid per night.

The first two nights your guest stays are free!

Is there cleaning service? What does it consist of?

Yeah. The weekly cleaning service is included in the rent. The residence team will clean the floor, countertop surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom so you can continue to enjoy your home. However, they will not sort your belongings or wash your dishes to respect your privacy.

No. The terms of the contract state that smoking is not permitted inside any Vita Student building. However, the residence has outdoor areas where smoking is allowed.

No, the residence does not allow pets to share a room with you at Vita Student.

Access to your room is with a key card. In case of loss you must notify the reception of the residence immediately.

All VITA residences are protected with 24/7 CCTV. In addition, they also have 24-hour staff. There is also a key card entry system in each building and apartment.
