Guests are accepted during the day, as long as they register at the reception. The guests have to leave the facilities at 11pm.

They can stay the night paying an additional cost, 20% of the weekly cost of the room. The price to pay will be per night.

All VITA residences are protected with 24/7 CCTV. In addition, they also have 24-hour staff. There is also a key card entry system in each building and apartment.

Who can live in the residence?

Any person who turns 18 during the year of stay and is enrolled as a student in an educational institution can live in any of the Vita Student buildings in Spain.

The residence offers half board and full board service for 5 or 7 days with an extra charge. Grab and Go breakfast is included in the monthly rate Monday through Friday.
