The residence loves "fuzzy" ones, but they do not allow tenants to bring pets into the building.

The maintenance team is always available if something on your floor breaks or doesn't work. All you have to do is fill out a maintenance request form and hand it in at reception.

The residence has laundry facilities in the building for you to use whenever you need during your stay.

The reception team is always available to collect your packages and certificates, so you never miss a delivery. They will also send you an email reminder when your package is ready for pickup.

Yes, the cleaning of the rooms is once a week and the common areas are cleaned every day, several times. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.

The residence has controlled access and is also monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day. Also, all apartment doors are opened with key/key. Also, the goal is to always have resident support teams in the building in case you ever need extra help.

In these cases, the amount paid so far will be refunded:

Non-granting of a university place within the province where the Residence is located. The reimbursement will be managed after delivery to the Administration of the Residence of the proof of payment of the registration of the University of another province in which a place had been obtained.

Failure to obtain an entry visa to Spain valid on the date of entry to the Residence.
