If you are a minor, your parents or legal guardian will make the reservation for you.

The maximum duration of a hosting contract is one full year, but keep in mind that you will always have the possibility of renewing it. The minimum length of stay varies depending on the establishments and periods, but in general it is 5 months.

Yes, we accept visits from your friends or family.
For visits that occur during the day you can invite whoever you want as many times as you want, but only one guest at a time.
During the night, you can invite a person to stay overnight at the residence for free three nights a month, you have to notify the reception at least 24 hours. For those shared rooms, there is no possibility of inviting third parties to spend the night.
