Deposit: Two monthly payments (rent without supplies and maintenance if applicable) Reserve of €300

What happens if I am not accepted to the university?

In case of signing the contract, it is considered part of the deposit that must be delivered at the signing of the lease

Is there food service?

Yes, we offer half board and full board.

Are there parking spaces?

Yes, there is a public car park near the residence hall and a white area around the campus.

No, smoking is not allowed inside the residence. Since the Anti-Tobacco Law of 2011 came into force, smoking is prohibited in any type of space for collective use that is not outdoors.

The Residence is located on the university campus, where you will have a single or double room with individual bathroom and separate kitchen or opt for our Cafeteria/Dining Room where they will cook for you.

Right in front of the Residence is the Segre River, an area with grass where you can sunbathe, play sports in the open air or take the bike taking advantage of the bike lane set up for it.
