The CMA has 160 rooms and operates 365 days a year on a full board basis, 7 days a week. Includes room cleaning service, washing and ironing of bed linen, as well as individual clothing items (included in the monthly pension). The Colegio Mayor Nuestra Señora de África was created by Decree 2,761, of July 27, 1964. By virtue of this, the College was attached to the Complutense University, being

Starting in 1975, administrative changes and reforms would impact the existence of the Mayor, until in 1981 it became dependent on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, thus losing any religious orientation.
