How does the food service work?

The schedule is from Monday to Friday with breakfast, lunch and dinner. On Saturday there is a brunch service and on Sunday dinner.

In the restaurant service you can find varied, healthy and appetizing menus, prepared with fresh ingredients. If you are vegetarian, vegan or have any type of allergy or intolerance, we will adapt it to your needs.

Who can live in the residence?

The residence offers accommodation for students of all genders and nationalities enrolled in any higher education course in Spain.

Can I bring guests?

Of course. We have visiting hours from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. When you have a visit, they must register at reception upon arrival and notify us when leaving. They can buy their menu and eat in the dining room with you, but the common facilities are only available to those staying in the residence, so they will not be able to use the gym or study areas.

It is not allowed to have pets in the residence.

What happens if I lose my room key?

Accepted Answer

You will have a personal and non-transferable key. If you lose it, we can make a copy for €20 that you can pay at reception, or if you prefer, they can be deducted from the deposit.

We remind you not to leave the key with anyone, it is a security problem and if something happens in your room, it will be your responsibility.

Can I personalize my room?

Yes, as long as you can return it to its original state when you leave. If not, you will be charged for any damage.

Yes, there is a laundry room with washers and dryers where you can clean your personal clothes.

What happens if there is a damage or unforeseen event in the room?

Notify the residence staff who will be in charge of taking note of the incident so that those responsible for maintenance can correct it as soon as possible.

If the object has been damaged due to misuse or inappropriate use, the repair costs will be at your expense.

There are no entry and exit times, but there are rules to respect the silence of others.

Can you smoke?

No, smoking is not allowed inside the Residence. Since the Anti-Tobacco Law of 2011 came into force, smoking is prohibited in any type of space for collective use that is not outdoors.
