Who can live in the residence?

The residence offers accommodation for students of all genders and nationalities enrolled in any higher education course in Spain. Note: If you are a minor before moving with us, your legal guardian, mother or father, will be able to make the reservation for you.

We love animals, but it is prohibited to have them inside the residence so that there is better coexistence between everyone.

What happens if I lose my room key?

If you lose the key to your room or the key to the kitchen locker, you must go to the MI CASA INN office from Monday to Friday between the following hours: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. To request another card, in the event of losing the locker key you must request a new one from the cleaning staff.

Remember that the cost for losing a card or locker key is €10, which will be due at the time of delivery.

Can I bring guests?

The guest may be visited by family, colleagues or friends outside the property, as long as they are responsible for their behavior. Visitors must go to the property staff to identify themselves, register and request the presence of the person they wish to see, and they must appear at the reception to take charge of the visitor and accompany them in all their movements around the property. In no case should visitors: (i) remain in the room or property after eleven at night; or (ii) stay overnight; Failure to comply with this rule will entitle the landlord to proceed with the immediate expulsion of the foreign person, and will constitute a very serious breach of the guest who has allowed said breach.

The beds come with a mattress cover, a cover to cover liquids, a pillow and a quilt. If you want, you can order as an extra a fantastic bed pack (fitted sheet, middle sheet, pillowcase) and an incredible towel pack (small towel, medium towel and large towel).

How is payment made?

Fees for the academic year may be paid through one of these two methods:

Single payment. This modality will be applied as long as a minimum of 8 months are paid in a single payment and there will be a 5% discount per month on the total payment. This will be done in a single deposit within 48 hours. after signing the contract by bank transfer or a cash deposit at the bank.

Monthly payment. The rental payment will be paid monthly from the first to the fifth of each month by bank transfer, by cash deposit in the bank or with a debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) through online payment. For each day of delay in the monthly payment you must pay the amount of ten euros (€10).

What happens if there is a damage or unforeseen event in the room?

To report any type of breakdown or damage that may occur in the room, you must notify it so that the residence staff can repair it. It is not necessary for you to be in the room, they will be able to access it.

When can I enter the residence?

In principle, check-in takes place on the start day specified in your reservation or in your contract, if it has already been signed. If you want to arrive earlier, please notify us one week in advance by emailing info@micasainn.com

If you wish to receive correspondence or packages, you have two options: send it to Calle San Bernardo No. 20, 6th floor, where the hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Or send it to Calle San Bernardo, 23, 28015, which has hours from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. It is important to take into consideration the schedules indicated above. Once the correspondence or package is received, you will be notified via email of its receipt. We know you will be excited to receive it.

Can you smoke?
