Who can live in the residence?

The residence offers accommodation for students of all genders and nationalities enrolled in any higher education course in Spain. Note: If you are a minor before moving with us, your legal guardian, mother or father, can make the reservation for you.

Does the residence provide sheets and towels?

The beds come with a mattress cover, a liquid cover, a pillow and a bedspread. If you want you can ask as an extra a fantastic bed pack (bottom sheet, intermediate sheet, pillowcase) and an incredible pack of towels (small towel, medium towel and large towel).

Can I bring guests?

The guest may be visited by relatives, colleagues or friends from outside the property, provided they take responsibility for their behavior. Visits must be directed to the property's staff to identify themselves, register and request the presence of the person they wish to see, and this person must appear at the reception to take charge of the visitor and accompany them on all their movements around the property. In no case should visitors: (i) remain in the room or property after eleven at night; or (ii) stay overnight; Failure to comply with this rule will empower the landlord to proceed to the immediate expulsion of the alien, and will constitute a very serious breach of the guest who has allowed said breach.

How is payment made?

The fees for the academic year can be paid by one of these two modalities:

Single payment. This modality will be applied as long as a minimum of 8 months are paid in a single payment and there will be a 5% discount per month on the total payment. This will be done in a single admission 48 hrs. after signing the contract by bank transfer or a cash deposit at the bank.

Monthly payment. The rental payment will be paid monthly from the first to the fifth of each month by bank transfer, by deposit in cash at the bank or by debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) through online payment. For each day of delay in the monthly payment you must pay the amount of ten euros (€10).

Is there cleaning service? What does it consist of?

The residence has a cleaning service in your room at an additional cost: €35 /month (4 cleanings)

Can you smoke?

Accepted Answer

No, smoking is not allowed inside the Residence. Since the Anti-Tobacco Law of 2011 came into force, smoking is prohibited in any type of space for collective use that is not outdoors.

What happens if I lose my room key?

If you lose your room key or kitchen locker key, you must go to the MI CASA INN office Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. To request another card, in the case of loss of the locker key (box office) you must request a new one from the cleaning staff.

Remember that the cost for loss of card or locker key (box office) is €10, which must be due at the time of delivery.

Of course you can decorate it to your liking, but you must leave it exactly as you found it, otherwise there may be additional charges for damages caused.

Is there care and surveillance staff 24 hours a day?

To notify any type of breakdown or damage that may arise in the room, you must notify it so that the residence staff can repair it. It is not necessary that you are in the room they will be able to access.

If you want to receive correspondence or packages, you have two options: send it to calle San Bernardo No. 20, 6th floor, where you have a schedule from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Or send it to Calle San Bernardo, 23, 28015, which is open from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. It is important to take into account the times indicated above.
