Residencia Universitaria Nuestra Señora del Rosario

The Nuestra Señora del Rosario Residence Hall is a female residence for university students in order to provide them with accommodation, with a good study and coexistence environment that will help residents achieve their academic goals.

The Ntra. Sra. del Rosario Residence Hall is located in the heart of Madrid, next to Calle Serrano and Paseo de la Castellana. Our environment is privileged, located in one of the best areas of Madrid, thus guaranteeing quick and easy access to various means of communication that allow residents to move in a short time to different Universities, Business Schools or Study Centers. Also to the airport and the main train stations: Atocha or Chamartín.

We firmly believe that quality accommodation and adequate services (canteen, laundry, cleaning, etc.) help to promote university projection. That is why we take care of both the rooms (all individual with their own bathroom and study area) and the common areas at all times.
