Can I personalize my room?

Yes of course. You just have to take into account that the furniture is fixed to the floor and/or to the walls, so it cannot be moved. Plus you can't drill into the walls.

The rooms have quite large boards where you can pin your posters and notes. The use of large appliances such as washing machines, dryers, kitchen appliances, radiators or refrigerators is not allowed. When you leave the room, you should remove all the furniture, so make sure it's not too uncomfortable.

How is payment made?

During the booking process, you pay a deposit directly on the TSH website. Monthly payments can be made using the TSHlife app.

If you prefer to make the payment by bank transfer you can request it with the residence.

What is the cost of the reservation, enrollment and/or deposit?

When you reserve a room you must pay a deposit, which is calculated during the reservation process. Normally, the deposit is equal to one month's rent and will be returned within 4-6 weeks after departure if everything is in order with the room and payments. Keep in mind that your deposit is independent of the first month's payment.

Is there cleaning service? What does it consist of?

Yes, the monthly cleaning of the room and the change of bed linen are included. Shared kitchen surfaces are cleaned regularly and all common areas are cleaned daily.

Who can live in the residence?

To stay in the residence, students must be at least 16 years old and you must have parental permission upon arrival. If you want to book a semester stay, you must present proof of enrollment.

Is there a postal and/or parcel service?

Yeah! All guests have a personal mailbox. The mails will be delivered directly to the reception, they will be classified and distributed every morning. We will notify you when we receive a package for you at reception.

Yes, the residence has parking spaces at an additional cost.

The residence has a shared kitchen and also the option to purchase meal cards (Meal Bundles), which are available and can be purchased after booking or directly at the hotel reception. The cards include 10 (€75 per month) or 20 meals (€140) that you can use at any time, for all the meals you want each day. When you redeem a meal, it is crossed out on your card. Drinks are not included.

No, smoking is not allowed inside the Residence. Since the Anti-Tobacco Law of 2011 came into force, smoking is prohibited in any type of space for collective use that is not outdoors.
