At Plaza Mayor Home we give you the option to purchase 20 lunch vouchers and 20 dinner vouchers for €200 per person so that you can combine and spend as you wish. We have an agreement with a prestigious restaurant in the area called El Corrental, a place that has been open since 1979. Its style is traditional and healthy cuisine so you can forget about cooking. You can eat on the spot or order it to go.

We are in a medieval adarve "Adarve de Cortes", in the center of the city of Murcia. It only takes us a 1-minute walk to the Plaza Mayor and Gran Vía, 5 minutes to the Cathedral and 7 minutes to the Merced University Campus. If you go to the Espinardo University Complex (UM) or the San Antonio Catholic University (UCAM) you will have all means of public transport nearby (bus or tram) or even use public bicycles on the bike lane.

No, smoking is not allowed inside the Residence. Since the Anti-Tobacco Law of 2011 came into force, smoking is prohibited in any type of space for collective use that is not outdoors.
