Who can live in the residence?

The residence offers accommodation for students of all genders and nationalities enrolled in any higher education course in Spain. Note: If you are a minor before moving with us, your legal guardian, mother or father, can make the reservation for you.

What is the minimum stay?

Reservations for tourist stays are not allowed. Only long or short stays, full course, semester and four-month stays are admitted to students or academic staff for academic reasons, being necessary the accreditation of the registration or documents that reflect that the guest comes for academic reasons.

This student accommodation in Seville offers a half board service (breakfast and dinner) or full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The choice of half board has an additional cost of €220. The full board of €299.

To preserve everyone's rest and avoid inconvenience and noise, the hours of your visits are from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Your friends and family will be welcome during these hours, just tell them to come to the reception to write down their information and go down to the hall to receive them .
Please, do not bring anyone to sleep with you, whether you are in a double room or a single room, the contract you have signed only covers you.

What happens if I lose my room key?

If you lose your room key you must notify reception immediately to deactivate it; a new one will be provided to you with a surcharge of €20. The room key is personal and non-transferable.

Is there cleaning service? What does it consist of?

Yes, the cleaning of your room and the common areas is included in the price.

There is parking for car, motorcycle, scooter and bike, but the price is not included in the monthly payment.

How is payment made?

The rent according to the type of room, as well as the chosen diet, must be paid between the 1st and 5th of each month, in the case of a monthly lease, or prior to arrival for stays of less than a month.
-Payment methods: direct debit, credit card charge and bank transfer.

It is not allowed to have pets in the residence.

Can I personalize my room?

Yes, as long as you can return it to its original state when you leave. If not, you will be charged for any damage.

There are no entry and exit times, but there are rules to respect the silence of others.

Can you smoke?

Smoking is totally prohibited in the rooms, there are places set aside for this use. Keep in mind that you will bear the cost of cleaning the room plus a penalty of €100 if you decide to smoke in it. Covering the smoke detector is a security problem that will have consequences.
