What happens if I am not accepted to the university?

If you have not obtained the necessary visa or have been denied a place at the university, the residence allows you to cancel the reservation at no cost, but you will have to provide them with proof that you are going to study in another city than the one of the residence in which you you had the reservation

The maximum duration of a hosting contract is one full year, but keep in mind that you will always have the possibility of renewing it. The minimum length of stay varies according to the establishments and the periods, but in general it is 5 months and this residence accepts monthly accommodation.

Who can live in the residence?

Students or anyone related to the academic field such as teachers or researchers can stay in the Livensa Living student residences.
If you are a minor, your parents or legal guardian will make the reservation for you.

Can I stay during the summer?

Yes, you can stay during the summer, in the event that your contract has ended, an extension can be made.

Can I bring guests?

Yes, the residence allows visits from your friends or family.
For visits that occur during the day, you can invite whoever you want as many times as you want, but only one guest at a time.
During the night, you can invite a person to sleep in the residence for free three nights a month, provided that you have to notify the reception with a minimum of 24 hours. For those shared rooms, there is no possibility of inviting third parties to spend the night.

The residence has a maintenance team that will be able to fix all problems. They will notify you in advance if they need access to your room.

You can send the packages you want to the residence, except for shipments from supermarkets or perishable foods, you will have to be the one to pick them up.

Yes, the staff of our residences is there all day. At night there is a concierge, in addition to having a circuit of cameras in the common areas connected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We have electronic access both at the entrance of the residence and in the rooms. You will only need your card to access Livensa Living whenever you want, you set the hours!

What happens if I lose my room key?

If you lose your room key you must notify reception immediately to deactivate it; a new one will be provided to you at an additional charge.
