No, the residence does not provide sheets or towels. These items are considered personal and you should bring them with you. If you prefer, you can contact the building to get a bed linen and towel kit.

Unfortunately, we do not have parking facilities in our buildings. However, our residences are strategically located in the heart of the city, offering easy and convenient access to the university and public transportation. 
We only have bike parking service available, which is included in your fee. We also have Vita Student bikes that you can use for free and at your convenience.

Yes, we provide biweekly cleaning service for the studio included in the rate. However, it's important to note that in the United Kingdom, towels and sheets are not provided, so you'll need to bring these items with you or purchase one of our kits.

Yes, we have laundry facilities in the building for your convenience. You can use the service at any time; all you have to do is reload money into your account and start using them.

Yes, we have a package service. Each resident has their own mailbox. However, any package will be delivered to the reception area, where our team will keep it safely until you can pick it up.
