Smoking or vaping inside the premises is not allowed, pets are not allowed, disturbing the tranquility of other tenants is not allowed, running in the hallways is not allowed, among other rules, which can be found in detail in the lease agreement.

There is a secure and operational package room open 24 hours in the building, so you can pick up your packages when they arrive there.

You can receive visitors and your guest can stay for free for up to 2 nights. In that case, you must ensure that they register at the reception. Your guest cannot walk alone without the company of the resident on the premises during their stay. Otherwise, if they stay for more than 2 nights, they must pay an additional cost.
