No, smoking is not allowed inside the Residence. Since the implementation of the Anti-Smoking Law in 2011, it is prohibited to smoke in any type of communal space that is not outdoors.

Guest policy

At En Mi Casa Inn, we are open regarding the visits that our innsiders may have. You can receive visitors during the scheduled hours without any problem, whether they are friends, cousins, parents, siblings, or boyfriend. In terms of overnight stays, any of them can stay for up to 3 nights (we can make an exception regarding the duration when you indicate it and we evaluate the situation), as long as you let us know (via email at info@micasainn.com). The reason for notifying us is to have strict control over the people staying at the residence, as well as to be able to inform a guest if there's someone in the residence whom they don't know and whose presence may seem strange to them, indicating that it's another innsider's guest and that there is no problem. However, parents are not allowed to stay overnight at the residence. This is because the age profile of the residents is undergraduate or graduate students and young working people, and we have to consider that other guests may not feel comfortable with other guests' parents staying at the residence. This is the reason why they are not allowed to stay overnight, but they are allowed to visit during the day.

What happens if I lose my room key?

In case of losing your room key or the kitchen locker key, you must contact the staff of MI CASA INN to request another card. In the case of losing the locker key, you must request a new one from the cleaning staff.

Please note that the cost for a lost card or locker key is €10, which must be paid at the time of delivery.

Can I customize my room?

Of course, you can decorate it to your liking, but you must leave it exactly as you found it, otherwise there could be additional charges for the damages caused.

What happens if there is a damage or unforeseen event in the room?

To report any type of breakdown or damage that may occur in the room, you must notify it so that the residence staff can repair it. You do not need to be in the room, they will be able to access it.

The residence offers accommodation for students of all genders and nationalities enrolled in any higher education course in Spain. Note: If you are a minor before moving with us, your legal guardian, mother or father, will be able to make the reservation for you.

In principle, check-in takes place on the start day specified in your reservation or in your contract, in case it has already been signed. If you want to arrive earlier, please notify us one week in advance by sending an email to info@micasainn.com.

How are payments made?

The fees for the academic course can be paid through one of these two modalities:

One-time payment. This modality will be applied as long as a minimum of 8 months are paid in a single payment, and a discount of 5% per month will be applied to the total payment. This will be made in a single deposit 48 hours after signing the contract, either by bank transfer or cash deposit at the bank.

Monthly payment. The rent payment will be made monthly from the first to the fifth of each month, either by bank transfer, cash deposit at the bank, or with a debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) through online payment. For each day of delay in the monthly payment, you will have to pay a fee of ten euros (€10).
