At Nido, we make sure that your clothes are always impeccable with our 24-hour laundry rooms available at all our locations. You will have access to washers and dryers, and in some sites, you will also find ironing boards. With the AppWash application, you can check real-time availability and prices for washing and drying, detailed in your Welcome Book upon check-in. Payment is made easily with a pay-as-you-go payment card, available at the laundry machines.

Is there a cleaning service? What does it consist of?

Cleaning is not included in the rate, but we offer you the option to request this service for an additional cost. To do this, simply contact your Nido team to book the cleaning service for a minimum fee and ensure an impeccable space during your stay.

Can one smoke?

We're sorry, but smoking is not allowed inside our facilities. However, you can do it in the designated smoking areas. These are located in front of the reception and in the central courtyard. It is important to note that smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, as well as in the bike shop, the garbage storage area, and the back of the building.

Guest policy

We allow the visit of guests both during the day and at night, but to guarantee the safety of all our residents, we have some policies for visitors:
During the day, between 9 a.m. and 10:30 p.m., you can receive unlimited visits from guests.
For overnight stays, a guest can stay a maximum of three consecutive nights. Any extension of the stay must be authorized by the administration and cannot exceed eight consecutive nights.
All guests must be over 18 years old.
It is necessary to register your guests and they must present a photo identification upon entering the building. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of all our residents.

What happens if I lose the key to my room?

Upon arrival, we will provide you with the access keys and the remote control to your room, as well as access to the building and, typically, the mailbox key. If you happen to lose any of these keys or the remote control, please let us know immediately for safety and health reasons. Our residential team will efficiently manage their replacement, with the associated charge.

In our facilities, smoking is strictly prohibited and pets are not allowed. It is important to respect the visiting hours and notify if a visitor will be staying overnight. Additionally, running in the hallways is prohibited for safety reasons and it is essential to respect all other residents at all times.

What is the minimum length of stay?

The minimum stay is 38 weeks. It is possible that we have flexibility in the duration of the contract, so please contact the site team if you need a shorter or longer stay.

What is the cost of the reservation, registration, and/or deposit?

In order to secure your room and complete your reservation, you will need to sign the contract for your room and pay an advance license fee of €100, which will be deducted from your first/only installment.

Payment is contingent upon the submission of the corresponding visa and the allocation of a room.

How are payments made?

You have the option to pay the license fee in full or select an 8-installment payment plan. If you choose to pay the total amount, you must do so before your arrival. In the case of opting for the installment plan, it will not be necessary to make the first payment at the time of booking, but rather 3 weeks before the start of your stay. It is important to note that the installment payment will require the submission of a guarantor.

Can I customize my room?

You have the freedom to customize your room according to your preferences, with the condition that you return it to its original state at the end of your contract. However, any damage caused, such as holes, nails, or glue marks on the wall, will be the responsibility of the tenant and a corresponding fee will be applied.
