Unfortunately, the residence does not have parking in this building. However, all vita student buildings are located in central locations, with quick access to the university and public transportation. We only have a bicycle parking service.

Yes, the residence has a laundry room in the building. You can use the service at any time, you just have to recharge your account and start using the washing machines.

The facilities at Vita Student residences are adapted for people with reduced mobility, as comfortable and suitable living environments are offered, capable of meeting any individual need.

You are not allowed to customize the room. If any damage occurs while you are living in the room, you will be required to pay an additional cost for repairs.

Breakfast is served between 7:00 am and 10:00 am. During that time, you can go to the dining room to have breakfast. On the other hand, each room has a private dining area.

Does the residence provide sheets and towels?

When you move, you are automatically included in the cleaning service. However, in the United Kingdom, towels and sheets are not provided. You must bring your own bedding when moving or purchase it along with some kitchen utensils.
However, you can also purchase one of our kitchen and bedding packs.

Musical instruments are allowed only if their use does not disturb the comfort and rest of other classmates.

Guest policy

You can have visitors and your guest can stay for free for up to 2 nights. In that case, you must make sure they register at the reception. Your guest cannot roam alone without the company of the resident during their stay. Otherwise, if they stay for more than 2 nights, they must pay an additional fee.

Smoking is not allowed inside the facilities, pets are not allowed, disturbing the tranquility of other tenants is not permitted, running in the hallways is prohibited, among other rules that can be found specified in the lease agreement.
