How does the dining room work?

The residence has a private dining room for cooking with friends or family, celebrating your birthday, or organizing exciting baking contests with your best friends. Reserve the private dining room at reception and make sure to live unforgettable moments with your loved ones.

Is there a laundry service? How does it work?

In our self-service laundry, you can use washing machines and dryers for a fee of 3€. We also have an ironing board for your convenience, and if you need an iron, you can request it at the reception!

It is important to note that detergent is automatically added to each wash. Please avoid using your own detergent as it could cause stains on your laundry. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Is there a cleaning service? What does it consist of?

The cleaning service is carried out every two weeks and includes the general cleaning of the floor, other surfaces in the studio, and the bathroom. Additionally, during this service, a change of towels and sheets is made to ensure your comfort and well-being.

Of course! We have a parking service available for vehicles underneath the complex. If you choose to stay at Student Experience, you will have access to the parking according to availability. Additionally, the use of the parking is included in your monthly rate.

Yes, we have a digital locker available that allows you to temporarily store your packages. We recommend picking up your packages at the SmartPoint as soon as possible.

If you wish to terminate your contract before the agreed upon time, unfortunately, this is not possible as you have signed a contract with a fixed end date. However, we may consider making an exception if you provide a valid justification supported by evidence. If the cancellation is approved, a one-month (30 days) notice period will apply. You will be required to pay the monthly costs until the new contract end date. The deposit will be refunded according to the terms set in your contract.

Cancellation policy

If you have signed the contract, you have the option to cancel it up to 30 days before the start date without incurring additional costs. If you can prove a convincing reason and provide evidence, no cancellation fees will be charged.

In the event that you wish to terminate the contract less than 30 days before the start date, this will only be possible if you have a convincing reason supported by evidence. In such case, upon approval of the cancellation, you will only be charged for the first month of accommodation and the corresponding administrative expenses. The deposit made will be credited. This policy allows us enough time to find a new tenant for the residential unit.
