Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm and Friday from 9am to 4pm. Outside of these hours, care will be remote.

There is a laundry service but it is not included in the rate. The washing machine has a cost of €3 with soap and the dryer €2.

Payments will be charged monthly from the 1st to the 5th of each month.

Cancellation policy

If the cancellation occurs before May 31: the amounts paid so far will be refunded, without the need for justification.

If the cancellation occurs between June 1 and August 31: only the REGISTRATION + DEPOSIT amounts will be reimbursed if a university place is not granted within the Community of Madrid and after delivery of the formalized registration to administration of the other University, in which he did have a place granted, sending the document to the contact email of the residence.
