Staying at the Colegio Mayor Hernán Cortés means being one step away from the center and close to your University. Having the N-620 motorway next to it for when you want to go home. And only five minutes from the Salamanca bus station. In addition, the Salamanca bus station is 5 minutes from the Hernán Cortés Residence Hall.

What is the minimum stay?

For daily, weekly and group stays, check with the residence.

Who can live in the residence?

Only students can live in the residence.

Are there parking spaces?

No, the residence does not have parking spaces.

Does the residence provide sheets and towels?

It is an optional service: weekly change of sheets and towels: €27/month

The payment of the monthly installments is made through direct debit from the 1st to the 5th of each month.

Is there cleaning service? What does it consist of?

YEAH. Weekly cleaning of the room is included in the price.

Smoking is not allowed in the room.

What happens if I lose my room key?

If you lose your key, you must notify reception directly.

Pets are not allowed in the room.

Is there a check-in and check-out time?

There are no entry and exit times, but there are rules to respect the silence of others.

Yes, you can invite someone else to the residence, but you must check the conditions with the reception.

Can I personalize my room?

Yes, as long as you can return it to its original state when you leave. If not, you will be charged for any damage.

The full refund of all payments will be made, as long as the client justifies until September 15.
