Yes, there is room cleaning service included in the price. The cleaning staff carries out their work on the day assigned in their schedule, taking advantage of the cleaning of the room and bathroom, they also proceed to change the sheets, towels and replace toilet paper.

Yes, there is a laundry service, it costs €10 for each washing machine, the cleaning staff takes care of it, and when they have it ready, they will notify you.

The menus are basal, seeking to be as Mediterranean as possible. If you are Celiac, have any intolerance, or prefer to eat a diet rich in vegetables, there is an additional cost. For inquiries, contact us and we will inform you.

From Monday to Friday we have 2 starters and 2 seconds to choose from at lunch, on weekends, since many students are not there, a single dish.
You also have breakfast and dinner included in your monthly payment.

No, smoking is not allowed inside the residence. Since the entry into force of the Anti-Smoking Law of 2011, smoking is prohibited in any type of space for collective use that is not outdoors.
