The residence offers accommodation for students of all genders and nationalities enrolled in any higher education course in Spain.

Visits are allowed between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Guests cannot sleep in the residence.

What happens if I lose my room key?

If you lose your room key you must notify reception immediately to deactivate it and request a new one.

Yes, room cleaning is once a week and common areas are cleaned every day, several times. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.

Payments corresponding to any of the services provided and included in an Accommodation Contract may also be made by direct debit between the 1st and 5th of each month.

In these cases, the amount paid so far will be returned:

Non-granting of a university place within the province where the Residence is located. The refund will be managed after delivery to the Residence Administration of proof of payment of the registration fee for the University of another province in which a place has been obtained.

Failure to obtain an entry visa to Spain valid on the date of entry into the Residence.
