Of course. We have visiting hours from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. When you have a visit, they must register at reception upon arrival and notify us when leaving. They can buy their menu and eat in the dining room with you, but the common facilities are only available to those staying in the residence, so they will not be able to use the gym or study areas.

No, smoking is not allowed inside the Residence. Since the Anti-Tobacco Law of 2011 came into force, smoking is prohibited in any type of space for collective use that is not outdoors.

Yes, as long as you can return it to its original state when you leave. If not, you will be charged for any damage.

The registration and/or the guarantee deposit (Deposit) will be returned:

If the residence cannot assign the requested place due to a lack of available rooms, or because it cannot offer, before the start of the contract, the type of room requested.

Conditions of non-return of the registration and/or the guarantee deposit (Deposit):

1. If the user voluntarily and at any time renounces the place requested/awarded by the residence.

2. If the user leaves the residence before the end date of the accommodation contract.

Deadline for return of registration and/or guarantee deposit (Deposit):

Tuition refunds for students who have not been admitted and justified withdrawals will begin to become effective once the admission process is complete.

Once the stay in the Residence is finished, the liquidation of the guarantee deposit (Deposit) will be made, sending a transfer after 71 days of the student's departure.
