It is the responsibility of the apartment team to keep the common areas clean; however, you are responsible for keeping your room clean. Although we offer a cleaning service that includes changing sheets and towels, you must take care of cleaning your room. Remember to sort the trash and dispose of it in the appropriate containers.

Smoking is not allowed inside Aparto residences. However, you can smoke in designated outdoor areas, maintaining a minimum distance of 5 meters from doors and windows.

Students can receive a maximum of one guest at a time until 7:00 pm, with limited access to common areas such as the lobby, outdoor areas, cafeteria, and their room. However, areas such as the gym, multimedia rooms, pool area, or shared kitchens are restricted for the exclusive use of residents. For academic year or semester stays, only Studio/Studio Premium/Studio Superior rooms can have overnight visitors, with a limit of 3 consecutive nights and up to 7 nights per month. Double or ensuite rooms cannot apply this policy.

To request maintenance service, simply access the Aparto portal, select the "Maintenance" option, and describe the breakdown in detail. The maintenance team will take care of intervening quickly to resolve the issue.

Yes, you can leave whenever you want. You just need to inform our team when you have decided to leave the room. Please note that, according to our cancellation policy, we will not be able to refund the deposit.
