The cancellation of a Place Reservation produced after May 31, 2022 and prior to the date of entry into the Residence will mean the loss of all amounts delivered up to the moment of said cancellation, except in the following cases: -No concession of a university place within the province where the Residence is located. The reimbursement will be managed after delivery to the Administration of the Residence of the proof of payment of the registration of the University of another province in which a place had been obtained. -Not obtaining an entry visa to Spain valid on the date of entry to the Residence.

What happens if there is a damage or unforeseen event in the room?

The residence maintenance team is always available if something in your apartment breaks or doesn't work. All you have to do is fill out a maintenance request form and hand it in at reception.

Is there a postal and/or parcel service?

The residence team (reception) is always available to collect your packages and certificates, so you never miss a delivery. They will also send you an email reminder when your package is ready for pickup.
