Cancellation policy

Up to 45 days before the entry date established in the contract, the client can cancel with a tuition penalty.

From 44 to 30 days before the entry date established in the contract, the client can cancel with a penalty for registration and deposit.

From the 29th and up to 1 day before the entry date established in the contract, the client can cancel with a penalty of registration, deposit + 1 monthly payment.

From the start date the client cannot cancel the contract; If you cancel, you have to pay everything corresponding to the accommodation, including registration (the deposit is returned after the inspection)
