Our student apartment in Madrid Vitium Arenal II is the second one we offer on Arenal Street, a popular historic street in Madrid in the best and most central area of the city, just 100 meters from Madrid's Puerta del Sol.

An unbeatable location in the heart of the capital, a cultural and leisure area full of shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs..., and just a few minutes walk from the Royal Palace and the Plaza Mayor, two of the most representative icons of cultural heritage and city history.

Given its location, it has excellent communications, since very close are the main accesses to the bus, metro and Renfe Cercanías networks, from which you can easily move throughout the city.

The Vitium Arenal II student apartment has been recently renovated with a modern and avant-garde design. It has 14 spacious and bright rooms, all of them equipped with excellent window insulation to offer maximum tranquility.

Functionality and comfort complement each other perfectly in this apartment for students, which has everything necessary for total comfort in each room: flat screen television, desk with storage, built-in wardrobe and double or single beds with memory foam mattresses.

The common areas are also fully equipped: there is a seating area with television, shared bathrooms, a huge kitchen with a dining area, appliances, crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils.
